Ducon, a renowned commercial construction, building maintenance and bespoke homes builder. Our challenge? Convey the division’s, philosophies and values of Ducon, in printed form.

We created an engaging corporate brochure and suite of stationery with beautiful finishes, embellishments and differing page sizes, to reflect construction, materials and finishes commonly of the building industry. The changing sheet sizes were determined by the brochure dimensions and colours are relevant to the brand and subdivisions. The aesthetic throughout reinstates the brand, with consistent use of stocks, colours and embellishments. A rear pocket brings added value and capitalises on the client outlay.
